All order's will be shipped within 3-7 business days unless "overnight" or 3rd day shipping is selected. We will make every effort to deliver orders before the Holidays. We only ship merchandise Monday-Friday, any overnight orders must be placed before 12 noon EST on those days so they can go out the same day. Shipping and Handling charges are calculated by weight of package, type of shipping (ground, express, etc.)and we also add an additional amount to expedite 3rd day and Overnight shipping. We use US Postal, UPS, and FedEx. We E-mail each customer with a tracking # for any merchandise shipped. All Domestic USA purchases over $75.00 will receive free US Ground Shipping.

We accept ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS or PAYPAL only for USA, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom orders.

All shipping charges for returned merchandise must be paid for by the customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the item to us within 14 days for exchange or refund.***CHRISTMAS GIFT RETURNS POLICY- RETURNED ITEMS DUE BY JAN 9 TH.*** Shipping charges are not refundable.

***Refunds and exchanges are completed within 2-3 weeks after we receive the merchandise!

*** We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any footwear, hats, undergarments or any items that have been washed.

***Large orders will be charged a re-stocking fee.

***Returned items must be in the same "new condition" with all labels and tickets attached. We will return items to the customer if items are not in "new condition."

***We are not responsible for damage to items due to washing or wearing.
